Structurally, the GCK features a unique modular assembly design. The frame is fabricated from CNC-machined 8MF open-section steel, while side panels and doors are formed from premium cold-rolled steel plates using specialized dies and CNC equipment. Components are connected with high-strength bolts, ensuring exceptional rigidity and stability. The drawer units employ a standardized modular design, offering excellent interchangeability and flexible operation for convenient installation, maintenance, and inspection. The drawer interlocking mechanism is reliable, incorporating both mechanical and electrical interlocks. It provides comprehensive “five-prevention” functions to effectively prevent misoperation, ensuring personnel and equipment safety.
Performance-wise, as a low-voltage switchgear assembly for distribution, centralized motor control, and reactive power compensation in AC 50-60Hz power generation and supply systems rated up to 660V and 4000A, the GCK switchgear boasts robust breaking and making capabilities. It withstands high short-circuit current impacts, ensuring stable operation in complex power environments. It also incorporates an advanced intelligent monitoring system that continuously tracks critical circuit parameters such as voltage, current, and power factor.
